Characteristics of machine tool
DHMChorizontal machining centeris our mature high rice CNC machine tool. The lathe bed, column, boring iron head are made ofhigh strength cast iron molded by resin sand. After secondary aging treatment, the lathe has hig h rigidity and stability for a long time. The machine tool is designed by 3D software. The structure of the machine is analyzed by finite element method, the reinforcement structure is optimized and the
quality is distributed reasonably, so that the machine performance is more in line with the requirements of machining characteristics and stability.
1. High rigidity direct coupled spindle, equipped with high horsepower motor.
2. Three axis direct connection design, suitable for high-speed feed cutting.
3. All three shafts adopt precision ball screw with large diameter, which is precompressed properly to improve the positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
4. Adopt full protection design to protect environment and reduce labor intensity.
5. Adopting double column and double spindle structure, the two sides can be processed independently, effectively improving the processing efficiency.
